Best of all, everything’s bundled so it really feels like a full-circle experience, not piecemeal appointments.
A standout feature for a lot of us is how flexible they try to be with appointments. If mornings are a no-go, there’s even talk of catching an evening slot, which is pretty rare here.
If we’re being real, the only spot that loses points is the front desk—we’ve heard from previous patients that they have a bit of an attitude on the phone more often than you’d like.

She especially stands out for her minimally invasive surgery and treatment of genital prolapse! Furthermore, the hospital’s facilities are modern and well-equipped, so no one will be dealing with outdated tech or waiting around for things to get done.
Dr. Thorne is also known for being direct and efficient. In fact, her patients appreciate that she gets straight to the point without wasting time.
Just note that showing up prepared with questions is a must, since she isn’t likely to walk patients through every detail unless they ask.
It’s also worth noting that it might be difficult to get a slot sometimes because she’s in such high demand.

Another thing we appreciated is that her clinic isn’t limited to gynecology. In fact, there’s also primary care dermatology here, making it extra convenient for anyone dealing with both skin and reproductive health concerns.
OHIP covers appointments as well, so clients don’t have to stress about stacking up bills. Dr. Manning’s bedside manner has been raved about as well more than once!
She’s said to really listen, break things down (no medical jargon marathons), and make everyone feel heard. But if we’re to nitpick, we did hear that the front desk can be a bit curt, and a few people mentioned missed appointment confirmations.
