The 12-week program leads to a more sustainable weight loss because there’s bloodwork data and medication review throughout. Plus, they offer private sessions as a sort of check-in for weight management.

We were happy with what we’ve seen, and you can add online and face-to-face availability there. However, they aren’t the most sustainable, budget-wise, considering the program costs over a thousand dollars.
