“We didn’t have exercising machines or pianos, but still there was a lot of stuff like working desks, the big beds, sofa, and tons of plants. We wrapped and prepared items ourselves, but InstaMove would help us if didn’t do so anyway. We didn’t have a car back then, so the movers kindly agreed to take me with them. I traveled like a king on the passenger seat in their F150, very comfy and had a blast chatting with Mario and Danny, adorable people with a great sense of humor. In Ottawa, the owner himself met us and helped with the unloading. Only after unloading he asked me to pay, not before like some scammers do these days 🙁 The final price was in the range that they announced me at the very beginning, so there were no surprises as well. I also liked the fact that they offered to pay in whatever way I’d prefer, so I chose paying via credit card using the link the owner sent me (they use the SquareUp payment gateway). Loading took them around 2.5 hours with 2 people (some time added because of condo restrictions), unloading happened in ~45-50 minutes with 3 people. Not only fast it was, but they also put boxes and furniture on 3 different floors of our townhouse; we didn’t expect them to do that, but it was them who started asking “where exactly to bring this and that,” which was a nice touch.
