What we love about Ottawa House Painting is that they offer a wide range of services, including interior and exterior painting. These services cater to various property types too like residential homes, single-family houses, and townhomes.
A huge plus for us is that their team is very professional and even provides expert advice for future-proofing and maintaining our delicately painted homes. They even do color consultations which will help you pick the right color for your rooms and interiors.
It’s also a plus in our books that go beyond just decorations and embellishments. They also provide drywall repair services for cracked ceilings and walls—nifty, eh?
If only they had a stronger social media presence and were more commercially accessible, we’d have discovered them much sooner.

Always on time and very responsive
Paul recently painted 2 bedrooms that had horrible colours chosen by the previous owners. Paul was very professional and easy to work with. He was always on time, responsive to our emails, and he does excellent quality work. He provided excellent advice on the colour selection to cover the previous room colours and we are very impressed with how the rooms look now. He did an amazing job at covering up the old dark wall colors! We highly recommend Paul.

When we ventured to Enviro Painting, we quickly noted that they are one of the most sought-after painting companies in Ottawa. They definitely have a solid brand and their customer base (including us) can back it up.
Their services are simply the standard for any painting company anywhere in the world. They do interior and exterior paint jobs for either resident or commercial applications.
But what stands out to us the most is the environmentally-friendly approach to their work that really holds up their namesake, Enviro Painting.
Saving the environment from harmful paint chemicals is just as important to us as making our homes look beautiful, and this company shares that sentiment perfectly.
They use eco-friendly paint coats that naturally look beautiful while saving our planet all at once—something we truly appreciate!
While we do understand that they have a bigger clientele, it’s still quite bothersome that their communication isn’t on par with other pristine painting companies on this list.
However, their exceptional work and the stunning gallery of homes they’ve transformed over the years make them hard to pass.

Our experience with Ottawa House Painters was nothing short of spectacular. Not to confuse you with the other painting company (Ottawa House Painting), this one takes us all the way to Nepean, Ottawa.
We also asked around the same people who ventured for their services, and not surprisingly, they had similar opinions about them.
From what we were told, Painters use way more advanced equipment such as the 490 Graco or Titan sprayers which make the painting process much smoother and more seamless.
The team assured us that with these superior tools, the paint reached every nook and cranny, delivering a durable finish that enhances the value of our homes.
The only drawback we found is that a few customers reported needing their paint job redone on multiple projects. While nothing is truly perfect, these instances were rare, leading us to believe this isn’t a significant concern in the long run.

One of the more standout claims Goldmann has promised us is that they can deliver timely results for any projects in an efficient and cost-friendly manner. Is this true? Absolutely!
On top of the usual industry-standard services, we were pleasantly surprised when they offered cabinet painting—something we haven’t come across with other paint companies.
Likewise, they also serve for commercial properties making them a flexible option if you’re considering repainting your office space.
One additional note as well is they also extend to industrial applications if you’re fortunate enough to own factories and industrial plants. In short, we were highly impressed with their diversity in how they offer services to different types of customers.
To compare them to the rest of our best painters, Goldmann is way more obsessed with processes, which could both be a good and bad thing depending on who you talk to.
This means they take longer than usual to complete the job, but that extra time is dedicated to achieving more precise and superior results—something we truly appreciate and understand!

Beyond impressed with the workmanship and end product
Hired GOLDMANN Interior for a an interior painting project that included hallways, spindles, trim, door, family room and misc areas and I am beyond impressed with the workmanship and end product. The team that came over was beyond friendly, courteous and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and led me on a walk through of their completed product where there were no issues. Green Time really nails it in the elegance department. For us, it’s not even close. They have a knack for transforming any shabby home or commercial space into something truly luxurious—and making the already luxurious feel even more extravagant.
They certainly lean toward an artisanal approach, which is far from a bad thing. However, keep this in mind before choosing them, especially if your aesthetic doesn’t align with the distinct vibe and design language Green Time is renowned for.
Also, they offer all the services you would expect from a well-regarded paint company, such as interior and exterior painting, but what truly stood out to us is their Venetian plaster.
This technique involves layering multiple plasters to create a finish that beautifully mimics the look of elegant stone.
To us, this is their edge over the rest, which may not suit everyone’s taste. Sadly, they only focus on this design aesthetics which cripples their flexibility to many homes in Ottawa.
Their pricing also reflects the premium quality of their work, which might deter budget-conscious customers. Though, we still firmly believe that Green Time delivers exceptional value which makes their services worth every penny.

We had an excellent experience with Green Time Painting. Robbie and Pat were fantastic from start to finish, showing impressive thoroughness and attention to detail. They prepared the surfaces, even fixing small imperfections we hadn’t noticed. Their precision in edging and paint coverage made the final result the perfect start for our new house. They were also flexible with the changes we wanted to make throughout the process as we decided to pursue the colour drenching look for one space mid-project, ensuring we were completely satisfied. They worked hard to get everything done in one day
It’s no surprise to me that all the reviews here on Google are 5 stars! We found Green Time at a local eco-friendly store and were intrigued at the possibility of eco-friendly paint and having trees planted in our names for every room painted. Robbie and his colleague (sorry forget his name!) painted our hallways throughout our house and did an accent wall in the stairway. They did a great job considering it went from a beige-y brown and a purple in one stairwell to white (and grey for the accent wall). I was changing my mind throughout the process on the rooms I wanted to paint because of competing priorities, but Robbie was patient with me and always quick to respond. They worked hard to get everything done in one day so it was less inconvenient for our family. Note for the pics that we didn’t ask for the trim, ceiling, or doors to be done, just the walls 🙂
