Ottawa Auto Salvage was recommended to us for its comprehensive selection of used parts. We’ve had clients share that they scored components like tyres and bumpers that were dirt-cheap yet high-quality.
The main factor that customers liked about this salvage centre, however, was the crew. For starters, they shared their appreciation for their honesty in providing transparent quotations for repairs, maintenance, and even vehicle scrapping.

We spoke to previous clients who availed of this service, and they were impressed by how quickly a truck was dispatched to their property. Some of our interviewees even called late at night and were still catered to by the company, thanks to its 24/7 availability.
Previous customers also told us that they chose this company to scrap their car because they offered the best payouts in the city. A handful of them even told us they didn’t know their old vehicles could still be worth a couple of hundred bucks.

We wanted to include A 16 Auto Parts & Recycling because it offers all-around services. For starters, they offer a wide array of second-hand parts that can cater to different makes at steal prices.
Affordability isn’t an issue with the shop as well because it also offers OEM parts from well-known brands like Kia, Suzuki, Dodge, Hyundai, etc. The same can be said of their services, as clients shared that the repair and maintenance fees were reasonable.
They also shared how they weren’t settling for less, as the experienced mechanics provided them with tips as well during the service. Moreover, the shop’s 40+ years of experience cemented the confidence of several returning customers.
The shop itself is well-maintained and organised, which we don’t see in a lot of auto parts and recycling shops. We only wish that they could extend their operating hours through the weekend to cater to more customers.

Moreover, they offer a convenient website where customers can easily browse their inventory and even apply different sorting options.
Their selection is complete as well, offering bumpers, tyres, and other parts that came from scrapped models. However, we did notice that their price range is a bit higher compared to other auto wreckers in the area.
Nonetheless, we still want to commend their team, as they’ve been highlighted as being honest when offering payouts to customers who were recycling their cars. Plus, they’re known to take in just about every model of vehicle and still offer generous payouts/
We also heard how their mechanics would sometimes provide tips on how to take better care of customers’ vehicles. Furthermore, clients appreciated how they get paid on the spot after a quick run-through and signing of paperwork.
