We also commend their strong focus on comfort. The whole process is kennel-free and drug-free, and they don’t use muzzles, so pets who usually dread grooming appointments seem a lot more relaxed.
Their groomers have a reputation for really knowing their craft, especially when it comes to cats or pets with special needs. This is something several clients mentioned as a lifesaver.

Furry Tails is definitely more than just a straightforward grooming spot. Right away, we notice how the team’s got a genuine heart for animals, especially since they’re also deeply involved in rescuing and finding homes for pets in need.
A lot of regular clients we talked to mentioned feeling like their pets were in safe hands, especially with groomers who truly get how to handle each personality.
Furthermore, their grooming services cover all the essentials, with options for basic or full packages. It’s no surprise to us that they’re also accommodating for cats (lion cuts and brush-outs are no problem here).
Something that makes them a bit unique is their skilled cosmetic dog-teeth cleaning—a rare extra in the city and something most other shops don’t offer. À la carte touches like nail grinding, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression are also available.
There aren’t any dog spa treatments here, though, and the range of extras is focused more on health/hygiene.
