We also love how easy it was to secure a unit—whether you book over the phone or drop by in person, the leasing process is quick—many clients raved about this, too! Within 20-30 minutes, including a short tour of the facility, everything can be finalized.
The facility itself is clean, well-lit in the hallways, and has reflective interiors in the units, though there’s no lighting directly inside the units. We also appreciated that they provided locks and keys free of charge—a small yet thoughtful touch.
The amenities are great for storage in general, with features like 24/7 access and drive-up indoor bays for seamless drop-offs if you have some things to store other than your car.

With fifteen buildings and more than 500 storage units, they cover a lot of ground—literally and figuratively—for individual, household, and business needs. In terms of car storage, they offer both climate-controlled and unheated spaces.
Not just this, but they also have options for indoor and outdoor vehicle storage, including spaces for RVs, motorcycles, and boats. Even better, they’ve integrated entrance detection systems with alarms, which, paired with their fully illuminated facility.
We also learned about their snow removal services—their on-site equipment ensures access remains hassle-free even during Ottawa’s infamous winters. To top it all off, we noticed that their location gives easy entry to major highways like 416, 417, and 401!
We’re just a bit iffy about their driveway space being tight due to the volume of cars stored outdoors—something RV owners in particular might struggle with.

Additionally, the facility offers 24/7 gated access that’s exclusively for renters, monitored round the clock by surveillance cameras.
A few clients we spoke to raved about the staff’s initiative—like how the staff disconnects vehicle batteries to prevent springtime issues or even warms up cars before a pickup.
However, we don’t feel good about the limited drop-off schedules for vehicles and the waitlist system. Storage here is high in demand, so it’s not the best option if you’re looking to secure a spot quickly.

Our only issue was the delay in responses to emails and messages, which might have frustrated those who prefer digital communication. That said, they were quick to respond over the phone, so there’s still a workaround.
