“Good evening-we had an issue with our LG dryer. Called on Monday and were able to have an appointment with a technician on Wednesday. Tuesday would have been available but our own personal schedules would not work within that timeframe. The technician showed up early and was able to diagnose the issue once he turned the dryer on. He had the spare wheel in his inventory and within a half hour, the dryer was all fixed. I am sorry that I do not know the technician’s name but he was friendly and most professional. This is the third time the we have used Capital and it is comforting to know that this company responds in such a timely and efficient manner.
