Perfect glasses adjustment and friendly service
I’m not a regular customer, but I stopped by to get an adjustment on my glasses. I’d gotten them made elsewhere with several adjustments, and the fit just wasn’t working for me. Lise was so welcoming and attentive. She instantly figured out the issue and really took the time to adjust them perfectly. I can finally wear them for a whole day. I’ve been going to EyeMaxx since I moved to Ottawa in 2018. Their service is great, they’re warm and professional, and always willing to help. I love they do direct billing to my insurance, so I only pay what my insurance doesn’t cover. And I love the staff and doctors are always dressed so sharp!

Affordable exam and convenient Rideau location
Eye exam was reasonably priced and the Optometrist was very professional. Got a great deal on prescription sunglasses (30% off frames and lenses) and they offered direct billing. Great customer support from Mark as well who made the whole process easy. Also, the location is very convenient being right in the Rideau Centre. Would recommend paying them a visit if you’re looking for a good deal.

Quick glasses repair with kind service
James is single handedly the reason for the five stars. Super helpful and responsive, I walked in a few days ago to get my glasses adjusted (the nose pad fell off) and he fixed it in 5 minutes flat. Even kinder because I caught him right as he was leaving for lunch and he stayed behind the few extra minutes to get this done. Thanks James!

Conroy Optometric is amazing. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is very clean. We see Dr Goli Sammak, she is amazing! She explains everything and is so good with kids. I’ve been going to Conroy Optometric Centre for a couple of years now for standard eye exams. Dr. Nazil is really great. She is very kind, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. The clinic is always clean, very organized, and the equipment appears to be top notch. The staff are also very friendly and offer kind service every time when scheduling, paying, rescheduling, etc. Highly recommend this clinic!
