Peppermint Organic Spa’s location in a lovely century-old building is a treat in itself! That doesn’t end there, though, because from the moment we entered, the calming ambience set the tone for what would be a serene visit.
The staff was also warm and friendly, and we liked that they offered coffee and tea to visitors. The spa rooms were spotless and felt both cosy and luxurious, with thoughtful touches that enhanced the overall atmosphere.
Peppermint Organic Spa has an extensive menu of medispa services, including laser hair removal, microneedling, treatments for skin irregularities, and more.
They’re most popular for their facials, though, with clients raving about how the staff recommended the perfect products and facial treatments. We’re big fans of their ultrasonic treatments, which never fails to hydrate our skin.
Plus, we appreciate the easy booking system on their website, where we could easily see the treatments, rates, and availability of our preferred staff.
A minor drawback is that they’re in Manotick—a 30-minute drive from downtown Ottawa. Given everything we’ve mentioned above, we’re sure they’re worth the drive, though!

Noticing that my skin felt dry and dull, I decided to try the OxyGeneo Facial at Nakota MediSpa, and it was a decision I didn’t regret. The facial left my skin feeling deeply hydrated, refreshed, and glowing.
The staff was professional and welcoming, taking the time to explain how the OxyGeneo treatment works and its benefits.
In addition to facials, they offer a variety of advanced treatments like cryotherapy, mesotherapy, and hair growth and rejuvenation. Clients we surveyed raved about their Tripollar skin tightening, microneedling/collagen induction therapy, and non-chemical peels.
We’re just disappointed that Nakota MediSpa is closed on Sundays. However, the quality of service and results make up for this limitation.

We inquired about Botox services at Dermapure Ottawa Wellington Village because we heard good things about it. Diving deeper, we noted that many praised the clinic for delivering natural-looking results, further capturing our interest.
We had trouble planning a visit at first because they’re closed on weekends. When we finally made some time to drop by, we were impressed by the clinic’s welcoming atmosphere.
It’s also noteworthy that the clinic offers an extensive range of treatments beyond Botox, including chronic migraine injections, dermal fillers, and chemical peels.
My friend had their Botox, and I can testify that the results were amazing, and my friend mentioned she didn’t feel any discomfort during the session.
As for me, I tried their HydraFacial, which is perfect for my dull skin. The treatment was very relaxing, and I’m happy my skin got hydrated and my dark spots lightened a little.
Our visit became even more pleasant because of the staff, who were friendly and knowledgeable. We also appreciate that they took the time to answer our questions about Botox while introducing other potential options for our skin concerns.
Furthermore, they’re thorough with aftercare instructions, leaving us feeling like we’re in good hands even after the procedure.

From what we gathered before visiting Ottawa Medical Spa and Aesthetic, their advanced facial treatments are highly in demand. A friend of ours who’s a regular client at this medispa kept raving about how the results always exceeded her expectations.
When we dropped by the facility, its clean and calming atmosphere stood out. We love the relaxing aroma of their diffuser and the greenery in the clinic. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping us relax even more.
We initially went there to try the facial treatment with the add-on hydrojelly mask. The results were impressive—our skin felt rejuvenated and noticeably smoother!
In addition to facials, the medispa offers an extensive range of services. The lip injections, teeth whitening, and massages were all extensively praised by the clients we surveyed.
Plus, they also have talented injectors. My friend tried their lip filler that gave her nice, pouty lips, so we think this deserves a shout-out!
The only drawback we experienced was that our schedule was not followed as expected.
We had to wait for just a few minutes because our estheticians were still completing their sessions with patients who came before us. Overall, this wasn’t a deal-breaker for a very in-demand medispa.

The machine they use is the Cyanosure Elite iQ and I was shocked at how much better my experience was here than at other clinics: it was painless and Vesna was so professional and knowledgeable with any questions that I had. The machine uses cold air along with the laser so you barely feel the zaps. I’m so glad I found this clinic and will definitely be recommending it to others. A friend recommended Elite Beauty Lab’s EBL custom facial that was tailored to specific skin needs. My friend is a living testament to how effective their medispa is, as her skin became noticeably refreshed and glowing.
Their neuromodulators and dermal fillers are frequently praised for natural-looking results, thanks to their well-trained injectors who are skilled at delivering precise treatments.
Clients who tried their advanced treatments have shared positive results—Morpheus8 and PicoSure Pro Facial were praised for improving skin texture and clarity. While EvolveX delivered noticeable contouring benefits over time.
Many also shared they felt revitalised after having Vitamin IV therapy sessions. But if you’re looking for something more calming, red light therapy and their massages were highly recommended for their relaxing effects and gentle support in reducing muscle tension.
The only downside is the higher price point of the treatments, but the results are worth the extra buck!
