If I’m going to do more than contour my jawline into submission, I’d want a surgeon with a focused plan. Dr. Jeffrey Abboud is a plastic surgeon who developed the ThreeFifteen Facelift for facial and neck rejuvenation.
The procedure targets concerns such as jowls and loose skin around the cheeks and neck. It’s performed under local anesthesia in his private surgical facility, which may appeal if you’d rather avoid general anesthesia.
I also like that the technique has a clearly defined purpose instead of trying to fix every sign of ageing at once. The clinic says the procedure takes about three hours, though individual treatment plans can vary.
The catch is the clinic keeps fairly short weekday hours, from 9 AM to 3 PM. That could make consultations and follow-ups trickier if your workday isn’t flexible.

When it comes to a facelift, experience definitely earns a few extra points with me. Dr. James Lacey is a Royal College-certified plastic surgeon with more than 20 years in cosmetic surgery.
His composite, or preservation, facelift technique lifts the skin and deeper tissues together. The idea is to preserve more of the tissue’s blood supply while repositioning areas that have started heading south.
I also like that the clinic has its own private operating room right on-site. That keeps consultations, surgery, and follow-up care conveniently under one roof.
The catch is that Saturdays are available by appointment only, so weekend flexibility is fairly limited.
Still, the later 6 PM hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays give weekday patients a bit more breathing room.
